Explanation of the terms

• „„Recipient (Buyer)“ “ means such individual or corporation, to whose address the merchandise should be sent upon order. The recipient can also be a customer or another person who has been estimated in the order by this subject.
• "Merchandise" means a thing offered by the vendor for sale and delivery in the offer presented on the public accessible website www.karelgott.tv and which the customer buys by means of the internet order.
• "Sending of the merchandise“ means handing over the merchandise by the vendor for transfer into the estimated delivery spot.
• "Day of payment for merchandise" means the day, when the rate for the merchandise has been credited to the account of the vendor or personally provided to the vendor upon handover of the merchandise.
• "Internet merchandise order“ means adding of the chosen merchandise into the “shopping cart” by click on the button “add into the shopping cart” and filling in all of the required information in the forms, which appear after the click on the icon “order”.
• "Purchase agreement" means an agreement agreed according to the enactments §503 and following the law nr.40/1964 code, civil code, between the vendor and buyer, where the object of the purchase is merchandise for rate, agreed according to the current price list.
• "Order confirmation" means a message sent per e-mail by the vendor about the fact, that the order of the buyer has been accepted.
• "Internet merchandise offer" means the current offer of merchandise presented together with price list by the vendor on the website www.karelgott.tv.
• "Delivery spot“ means address or other place estimated by the customer, where the vendor is supposed to deliver the merchandise.
