Complaint regulations

The following regulations come out of the valid Civil code and they are specified by the vendor. All of the offered merchandise comes from authorized deliverers and official distributors for Czech Republic, in standard quality and with full guarantee according to the valid legal directives and according to the guarantee conditions of the producer. Complaints

  • The guarantee is valid for damage of the products risen in the production process or other damages, which have not been caused by incompetent and indelicate manipulation with the product or by using discordant to its purpose of using or to the user´s manual, by mechanical damage or by product wear. The guarantee does not include mechanically damaged products..
  • If the buyer realizes damages of the products at the handover, he has to announce this always in written form and recommended or per e-mail, without any delay, but at latest in 3 days from the handover of the merchandise. The complaint letter has to include the delivery date, description of the damage and proposal for solution of the complaint. The announcement in written form about realized damage will be applied by the buyer on the addresses of the vendor.
  • According to the code nr. 367/2000 dated by 14. September 2000 the buyer is entitled to return the merchandise within 14 days after the receiving without providing any reasons – but the merchandise has to be sent recommended to vendor´s address in the former cover, complete and undamaged. The merchandise can´t be sent back with cash on delivery, any merchandise returned in this way will be refused by the vendor. In case of fulfilling these conditions, the vendor will return the amount of the order within approx. 10 days from receiving the ordered merchandise back. In case of missing any of these above mentioned conditions, we are not able to accept the cancellation of the purchase agreement and the merchandise will be returned at the cost of sender back.

The title to complain expires:

  • By damage of the merchandise at the transfer (will be solved with the transporter at handover).
  • By breaking protective seal stickers.
  • By incompetent installation, manipulation or handling discordant to the user´s manual.
  • By using the merchandise in conditions which do not suit by their parameters the parameters mentioned in the documentation.
  • The merchandise was damaged by nature elements.
  • The merchandise was damaged by excessive load or usage discordant to the conditions stated in the documentation.
