Vendor:
- Is obliged to manage the order according to shop regulations, in the agreed term and to the delivery spot estimated by the buyer. At the handover of the merchandise, to hand over the necessary documents to the buyer (tax document, certificate of warranty).
- Reserves the right not to deliver the merchandise in case that the delivery spot is situated on an unreachable place or unreachable with lots of extraordinary efforts or in a different way inadequate.
- Is obliged not to forward any of the gathered information to third parts or to operate with them otherwise than stated, which means to manage the order only.
- Is obliged to refund the whole amount for the purchased merchandise to the buyer if the buyer decides to cancel the agreement according to Civil code nr. 367/2000 (returning of goods within 14 days) and this has to be done within 5 days from the receiving of the merchandise from the buyer.
Buyer:
- Has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days from the handover. In this case, the merchandise has to be packed in the former and undamaged cover, without signs of usage or wear, and he has to send it back on his own costs in the stated deadline of 14 days to the vendor´s address, (estimating is the sending date). The merchandise has to be complete (including accessories, user´s manual and purchase document). In case some of the above stated conditions have not been fulfilled, the vender has the right to refuse the returned merchandise or to lower the amount, which he refunds for the returned merchandise. If all the above stated conditions for returning of the merchandise are fulfilled, we will refund the amount paid for the merchandise by post money order at latest within 14 working days after the actual receiving of the merchandise. In case of failure to send the complete merchandise or if reluctant in any other way to the above stated conditions, the term gets postponed until the complete merchandise has been received.
- Is obliged to fulfill the binding order, especially provide his address and telephone contact.
- Is obliged to learn and agree with the concrete conditions of merchandise delivery at www.karelgott.tv
- The customer is responsible for providing a guarantee that at the estimated delivery spot, there will be a person, who is entitled to received the merchandise according to the confirmed order. In case, that only a person who reached certain age or should fulfill any other competence is entitled to receive the delivery, the customer is obliged to ensure the presence of such person.
