The Western terrace of the Bratislava castle and the present gallery will host an exhibition of the reproductions of paintings by Karel Gott from the 23rd June. The vernissage will take place on the 22nd June 2010 from 18.00 hrs. By its contents, the Bratislava exhibition will be one of the most interesting ever, because it also presents absolute news, brand new reproductions of the paintings Fishing site on Ischia Island, Cuban or the beautiful painting Mummy with little girl. Besides that, the visitors can see 5 large-sized paintings and the complete collection of the dresses by fashion designer Iveta Řádková, who created the dresses with motives of paintings by Karel Gott. In the next days, we will bring you a reportage from the vernissage. The gallery of the Bratislava castle will be opened for visitors every day except Mondays from 10.00 to 18.00 hrs.

Vernissage on the 22nd June 2010:
There is just a few places which are really picturesque and full of charisma in the same way, but the Bratislava castle and its western terrace fulfill this completely. The versnissage which took place here, got a real “royal” origin. So no wonder, that the honorable ladies who presented the dresses with motives of paintings by Karel Gott, could not stand the temptation and went for a little walk on the forecourt and as castle ladies, they took a little walk through the local park. A wonderful and festive atmosphere in the gallery hall was blooming in the singing performance of the beautiful voice of Jana Šomóšiová – Kállayová.
Several guests got frisson while listening to ADAGIO. The vernissage was honored by the visit of the world famous photographer Karol Kállay with his wife, the writer Kamila Kay Strelka, model and Miss Universe Denisa Mendrejová, actress and business woman Judy Vargová and also singer Lenka LeRa Salmanová and further guests. This time, the models presenting the paintings by Karel Gott, were really honorable ladies. Marcela Molnárová – singer, presented dress Joan d'Arc, musical singer and actress Kristýna Farkašová made a stunning entry in the dress Café Bleu, actress and singer Petra Palevičová made the dress Music lekking I dance. In the dress Café Drechsler Alenka Kvasnicová, journalist, entered the stage. The model Táňa presented the dress Muse and the dress model Mona Lisa with red wine was worn by model Želka. A big response was also woken by the 36 brand new reproductions – “Fishing site on Ischia Island, Cuban and Mummy with little girl“, where Karel Gott allowed to make the reproductions so that they would be ready for the presentation at the Bratislava exhibition. The visitors can see all of the 6 dress models at once, which is exceptional, but also a row of photographs from meetings with world and domestic personalities, which have been taken during the more than 40 years long singing career of Karel Gott. The exhibition charts the more than 40 years long painting career as well, even with the exceptional large-sized paintings. If you have a trip to Slovakia or plan to visit Bratislava, you should not really miss this exhibition. The entry is free of charge and it´s opened every day except Mondays from 9.00 to 17.00 hrs.
